Janice immersed herself in the Inka Cosmovision and Lakota Medicine teachings at the beginning of 2012 - the new cosmic alignment - Pachakuti (The Reversal). She began walking the path of the Paqo, as a Mesa Carrier, in a Cosmic alignment with Mother Earth for self healing and self empowerment. Northern Myths tell of how the Northern lights were caused by the fire-fox who ran so quickly across the snow that his tail caused sparks to fly into the night sky creating the Aurora. Your body seems dependable, solid and steady, you are not aware of the constant interchanges between it and the physical environment. It doesn’t bother you one whit that the physical substance of your body is made of completely different atoms and molecules than it was composed 7 years ago. Our physical manifestation is the result of our past thoughts and ideas catching up to our Present. It is a universal law of Cause and Effect.

In Ancient Times healers were called Shamans, spiritual men and women who interfaced with spirit and subtle energetic realms, using them to understand the material realm, as everything has a spirit. These spirits are here to protect and maintain equilibrium on Pachamama, and so they are Great Healers willing to assist us in becoming enlightened.

It is most auspicious to give our Great Mother Earth and all her inhabitants an offering of love, devotion, and gratitude in reciprocity for all she provides in the way of shelter, food, and beauty. Mother Earth feels you, it is personal, as your offering burns in the Sacred Fire and your relationship is re-stored.
