CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES

We are honoured to support you. Our Virtual Zoom sessions and appointments are in PDT/PST Pacific Time-zone.

Full payment at the time of booking is required by credit card. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request 3 days or more in advance of the Appointment date for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will NOT receive a refund.

All sessions include 5% GST

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please email us at healthinfo@janicemacquarrie.com with your Name, Telephone Number, Reason, Best Date/Time for Re-scheduling. Emails are checked daily at 8am Pacific Time.

Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card on SquareUp within 3 days of notice given.
