Return the filled Medical history form that was sent to you upon payment (to the best of your knowledge) via email, before the consult begins.

Waiver must be signed and returned to Janice before the consult begins.

Once you pay the Naturopath Consultation Fee or Shamanic Session Fee, Janice will receive confirmation and will contact you via email to set up a day and time, so you can choose the best time for your session. Janice would like you relaxed, with no constraints, during your time with her.

Janice will conduct the full consultation over the phone, so please have a fully charged phone should you need it. Including the following; Naturopath, Soul Retrieval, Plant Essences, and Remote Energetic Healing

A Zoom link will be forwarded a day in advance, so please have all updates installed and Zoom ready 5 minutes before your consult time.

Live Zoom Calls from the USA or Overseas, whereby there are technical difficulties, will be re-scheduled via Email. Technology has come a long way, but it’s not perfect.

American clients will be connected with a Herbal Dispensary in Seattle Washington for your personal formulated tincture or tea, and they will ship anywhere in the USA. This avoids cross border customs and brokerage.
